✧ Challenge
& Concept

Polyteia required a refreshed online presence to clearly communicate their data-and-workflow platform for public administrations. The task was to refresh the landing pages and implement them in Webflow, in a way that speaks to two very different audiences (administrative leaders + IT/development teams) while maintaining brand consistency, clarity, and visual appeal. The challenge was to align complex content (data modules, workflows, APIs) into a clean, approachable interface, ensure smooth Webflow responsiveness, and deliver a cohesive experience that supports lead conversion and brand credibility.

We approached the redesign with a content-first, user-journey-driven mindset. The layout simplifies dual audience paths (administration vs. IT) through visual hierarchy and clear segmentation. Typography and color usage draw from the existing brand palette, with whitespace and modular layouts ensuring information remains digestible. We highlighted platform capabilities (datasets, APIs, workflows) through clean iconography and succinct messaging, and incorporated strong trust signals (customer logos, certifications) to reinforce authority. The result is a website that balances technical depth with approachable design, tailored to both decision-makers and practitioners.

✧ Results

The new site improved Polyteia’s online clarity and conversion potential, helping articulate their value to diverse stakeholders and supporting lead generation (especially during events, like SCOON). I learned how to translate complex service offerings into simple, layered content architecture and how to use Webflow. In future iterations, I would  enhance interactive elements (like micro-animations or dynamic filters) to further engage users.

Since the redesign, visitors spend significantly longer on explanatory pages, with many engaging for several minutes to understand the product and its applications. Polyteia saw a steady increase in organic traffic, indicating better visibility for policy- and data-related searches. It also attracts a more relevant audience, with increased traffic from policy professionals, researchers, and public-sector contexts.
